JIGSAW
(Working Title)

Back in 1962 the late Val Guest/Producer & Director released a very British police film drama inspired by the 1930’s “Brighton Trunk Murders”.  The film starred Jack Warner, an eminent British film & television star who is affectionately remembered as “Dixon of Dock Green”.

The original screenplay was inspired by a USA novel called “Sleep Long, My Love” by the late Hillary Waugh who collaborated with Val Guest on the JIGSAW screenplay.

For some reason JIGSAW has never been released on DVD apart from some Bootleg copies being in circulation recently through EBay. FBF is going to approach the BFI: British Film Institute to try and get this film made available for the public to buy and view officially.

FBF is working on a new screenplay version of these grisly murders which occurred in Brighton, UK.
